The 34 y/o American Idol Winner gave River Rose a taste of hazelnut-chocolate spread for the first time and posted it on instagram as the toddler was seen taking a bite out of the Nutella-smeared pece of bread Kelly says "River, do you like Nutella?" and she sais "Yeah" and then lets loose a happy dance as she continues eating it.. The video was seen more than 3 million times and set off controversy among social media as commentors scolded kelly for giving her the treat and as one said "Nutella is PACKED with sugars.
