Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton who brutually murdered a Filipino Transgender Woman at a Phillipines motel is DENIED early release and the homicide conviction is upheld where he is serving 6-10 years!!

He claimed he acted in SELF-DEFENSE when he killed Jennifer Laude on October 11, 2014 because when she was giving him Oral Sex, he saw her GENITALS and went ballistic and attacked her and drowned her in a TOILET BOWL...

The Phillipines Court described his claim as "more imaginary than real" and "easily concocted"

He avoided a "murder conviction" and was convicted of a "lesser charge" of homicide without "malicious intent" as the court said "The only reason why he attacked Jennifer was because he was furious at him for pretending to be a woman, nothing more, nothing less"

They met at a bar in the city of Olongapo as he took part in a joint US-Phillipine military exercise

The both agreed to have sex after meeting in the red light district but that the drunk marine turned violent after seeing her genitals when they were engaging in oral sex

The homicide conviction was the first under a visiting forces agreement between the US and Philippines signed in 1998 covering the legal liability of american troops taking part in military operations.

This case strained relations between the 2 with activists and the LGBT rights group urging them to scrap that deal

Now Joseph's lawyers are lodging a FURTHER APPEAL with the Philippine Supreme Court as now they are going with another theory that he DIDN'T murder Jennifer and that evidence shows that Jennifer's money was stolen by a 3rd person and a necklace was found belonging to a third person.

Jennifer died from asphyxia by drowning according the autopsy report

Joseph also TOLD 2 of his fellow marines that night "I think i killed a he/she" and admitted he CHOKED her but said she was alive in the shower when he left.

Joseph admits he was ANGRY when Jennifer didn't tell him she was born a man but maintains he did "not" kill her and only choked her
