And every major power on Earth including the US, China, Russia, UK, France, Japan and the UN itself have all commented on it at length for years inlcuding never shutting up about them in March.

Nothing has changed, the US has real problems. Right now its just fearmongering and "We've spoken enough about this" is a good response. Giving NK MORE Attention is just feeding the troll.

On their own no has no real power. But they aren't on their own. If they decide to attack SK or Japan other nations will get involved. Some will help them. So while their individual threats should not be taken seriously when it comes to them waging war against a place like the US, their potential actions with those near them should be treated seriously.
