major 3DS revision minor 3DS revision Wii U date/price Nintendo dying "Nothing big, just games"
holy crap, every one of those first 4 options are terrible, and GAME ANNOUNCEMENTS are "Nothing that big"?
Nobody wants a 3DS revision announced - that would be an incredible hype killer announced this early, Nintendo needs people to purchase systems NOW, they don't want to give people a reason to wait. Not to mention it would piss off the early adopters even more, and they JUST had to apologize for the price drop.
Wii U date/price isn't "big news" at all. We know about the Wii U, we know it's gonna get released next year, none of this is exciting big information.
Nintendo launching franchises multiplat is the biggest suicide ever - Nintendo games are what sells Nintendo systems. Give your competitors Nintendo games, and people don't find you necessary any more. Nintendo just released the 3DS, and have the Wii U next year, IF they ever decide to call it quits, it won't be until after we see how these systems do. But yeah, this is entirely not going to happen in any way shape or form, so this poll option is just plain stupid.
The fact that the poll says new games is "nothing new" is absolutely disgusting. Games are the only option for "big news" for this pre-TGS thing. Right now, people want games. A new F-Zero would be huge news, a new 3DS Zelda would absolutely sell people on the system. I'd love a new Star Fox of any kind. Metroid Wii U would be pure orgasmic bliss for me, and I'd instantly go pre-order a Wii U just for it. Monolith Soft has been working on the Wii U for some time now, if they have anything to show I'd be absolutely want to see it. Hell, even obvious Wii U choices Mario and Zelda would be awesome to see. Or on the flip side, Nintendo announcing a brand new IP (last year Miyamoto said he wanted to annouce something new in 2011) would be incredibly interesting. And of course there's the Nintendo-published Dragon Quest X which would be huge for the Tokyo Game Show, and with the MMO-like rumour I'm absolutely interested.
Heck even titles from smaller franchises would be awesome - finally seeing more of the Fatal Frame II Remake for example. Just any new game news is what I want, and what I'm sure most people want instead of those other garbage options.
TLDR;
I'm pissed off that this poll refers to the games choice as "Nothing that big". GAMES ARE BIG MOTHER****ER
I think when they say "nothing big", they don't mean it in the sense that games are no big deal. Games are always announced at these things. It's nothing new, it's no surprise, it's "nothing big".

The idea of games being announced isn't so surprising, but that doesn't change the fact that a Zelda 3DS announcement would be big big news!
