I'm sorry, but this is no way to run a site, dude. You need to clearly establish the rules BEFORE you start taking action against your users. Otherwise it creates confusion within the community and disdain for the management. Officially, hornyposting is not against the rules as they are, nor has it been defined. So why are so many people being modded for it?

This is actually an all around internet case. If you look at credit card companies forcing other companies to remove NSFW content, you can't even swear to be published in some sites articles or videos, and everything like that, it is a grander scale of sanitizing the Internet.

Ngl if anything happened to CE Id probably just leave this site for good.

No, no it really isn't. Calling politics a "gray area" is just giving you and the mod staff carte blanche to delete anything even slightly controversial as "political talk", and the rest of that post convinces me that LGBT talk is going to fall under the same umbrella when all is said and done.

Also, intentionally leaving the definition of politics vague while enforcing the ban is the dumbest, most easily abused fucking policy I've ever heard in my life.

Call me whatever you like, but if the goal is to shutdown all LGBT discussion except for discussion that might disagree or criticize ideas of that group, I'd rather all discussion on the topic be banned outright. Echo chambers are worse than two sided discussion where bigots can out themselves or at least be swayed.

And how come we didn't get any heads up? We weren't even able to get a discord going or a compiled list of users who would want to migrate somewhere else. The sex board was a community and now we're just... scattered.
