Idk what an alioli strike gundam is but I'm a sucker for translucent plastic. (God damn you Nintendo)

And Leena's Gun Sniper since that was my favorite as a kid but I never was able to get a model kit of the wild weasel unit. Dakka dakka dakka dakka dakka dakka

I had a bunch of Zoids when I was a kid and Hasbro was selling them. They were all either destroyed during moves or donated and I wish I had taken better care of them, at least the really cool ones like Berserk Fury, Liger Zero X, Blade Liger, and Shadow Fox.

Nice! Looks rad. Are those relatively easy to paint?

T_T

Ironically I think Berserk Fury is actually pretty reasonable atm. Shame about the Liger though.

Yeah...lol. same. I remember the models had the little wind-up motor back then and we'd ram em into each other. >_>

Yeah I'd try to reenact scenes from the anime lol

Never got the white Liger Zero but the Liger Zero X had two armor sets, one being a red/gold version of the basic Zero armor so I'd use that one

The Marines are trimwork galore. They're just time consuming but mini painting is therapeutic to me.

Angron (the big demon in the middle) will be something I'm going to work on over a long period of time to make sure everything on it is perfect.

looks cool!
where do you suggest buying gunpla if I wanna get more serious about it? so far ive only made the simple kits that target used to sell (no tools required kits, the really basic 5-6" models) for $20ish

i wanna get an evangelion eva unit01 kit but idk which are the good ones and which sites are trustworthy.

Support your local hobby shops. If that's not an option, my favorite has always been gundamplanet. Their prices are good and they have almost everything there.

unfortunately the only hobby/games store near me only sells warhammer, car or other vehicle models, and train/race car kits (like the trains that ride along the track you set up, or the race cars that you turn a knob thingy and they move along the needle.
I think there's a hobby lobby at the mall that sells gundam but that's a 1 hour drive lol, maybe I'll make a field trip day and go cus there are some cool stores there in addition to the hobby lobby.
