And what is the lower cutoff of what counts as a house? I've seen plenty of houses for sale in the five digit range, if you're ok with them being tiny, old or having major issues. Does a prefab/modular house count? Oh hold on, I just noticed you said "home" instead of "house." The issue is that it'll cost you the total amount the house is worth to fix all that up - ain't nobody got time for that.
