Muenster, I love almost all cheeses but Muenster is the only one I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. In fact for about 5 years a 1 oz chunk of muenster cheese was my breakfast every morning

It really depends on what Im using it with. If Im making a ham and cheese I absolutely want Swiss and not cheddar.
If Im making tacos I want sharp cheddar. If Im eating deer sticks (venison) I want Colby Jack.
