English TCG set. Character count not word count. Took me a while to find out. Please let me know if there's card with longer text CE.

Btw yugioh card (2.25" x 3.25") is smaller than your average playing card (2.5" x 3.5") so the text below use really tiny font. Longest overall text is Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic. Most cramped text is pre-errata Timaeus the Knight of Destiny.
