I'm not moving anything. My post suggested it doesn't deserve jail time. You tried to say that meant I said it shouldn't be illegal at all. Thus, I tried to find out why you made that leap.

There are tons of crimes that are, in fact, not punishable by jail time. Therefore, saying something doesn't deserve jail time literally only means I think it doesn't deserve jail time.
