Seriously. This would be worth it even if it were just 3 beans period. But effectively an unlimited supply? Sign me the fuck up.

Plus there are work arounds to this whole "You can't sell, trade the beans". I learned that recently with my CPAP company. I have to buy a new CPAP machine as my insurance is running out and the machine is 4 years old now. I can grab one off Amazon for 1200, but no one in my province will service the machine. What my CPAP company did and this is very smart of them, they sell the machine for cheap, but what they really sell is a service. So I can pay 1200 for a machine no one except me can touch; or I pay 2500 for a service bundle that they will cover entirely for the rest of my life.

Ergo, While you can't make money on the beans themselves, you can technically make money on the interview to see the best candidate for the beans, or alternately a subscription service for something entirely different and the beans are a bonus for that service.

500k could pay for my house and the renovations and have enough to live comfortably while continuing to work but you cant pay for perfect health. My mom could use one right away, and so could my girlfriend and Id give the 3rd to my ex. After that I could take one myself and give them out occasionally to people I know personally who need them.
