Been having excruciating back pain all day and its centered where my kidneys are. Hurts no matter what position Im in and I can barely concentrate on anything. I cant even really focus on reading or anything. Strangely enough I havent felt hungry or thirsty all day either.

I dont have insurance and cant afford a trip to urgent care so there goes that.

Go to ER and forget about insurance for a second.

Im pretty sure its just back pain from sitting in an awful chair with barely any support. Also I wish I was in a financial position to be able to have the privilege to forget about money for a second. I cant afford healthcare, meaning I cant afford to be treated. This is a strange concept to so many.

Could be kidney stones, a UTI, or a back strain.

But it's a fucking disgrace that an ignorant messageboard random like me is talking to you about this, and not a doctor. It's shameful that the world's richest country is like this.

I'm a doctor and you have what we call testiculopenia. In laymen's term, it's someone who lacks balls. Grow some balls and just deal with the pain. We all have them.

As someone currently going through a kidney stone (well, its going through me), your symptoms sound very similar to mine.
