Almost zero reason to drive, catch a plane, or use public transportation, which would save me mountains of money. That's just a level of convenience capital can't buy, and I'm sure such an ability would allow for some easy ways to amass a fortune anyway. But if you can teleport with your clothes, then you should be able to teleport with the say backpacks you're wearing.
