never played it. The game looks like an absolute clusterfuck tbqh.

I played it for a weekend many, many years ago and was baffled by the fact that some people let it take over their lives.

I was waiting for it to get fun and it just didnt.

after playing ffxiv for two years WoW feels archaic

Never tried it. My parents weren't going to pay for a sub when I was a kid/teen, and I found out I don't really even like MMOs all that much.

Quite a few people have found love through WoW. A friend from high school moved across the country to be with a girl who he met in our guild.

I want to get into it but I don't want to pay a subscription, especially this late into its lifespan. I do enjoy ESO though.

I heard dragon flight was good for current enjoyers of WoW but basically WoW is currently the ghost of a horse which was beaten to death long ago. Theres no hope the game will ever get good again at this rate. They arent even moving in the right direction

BfA was the last straw for me, but really the game lost its focus after MoP and should have ended there. At least there's always classic servers..

Back in the day I was much more into RuneScape. Although in 2019 I played WoW (WotLK PS) for two months straight. Mostly it was an awesome experience.

I've played every expansion. Haven't been able to play more than 2-3 weeks at a time. It's not the same. The last great expansion was Legion.

The game cratered in Shadowlands. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about that expansion.

Dragonflight is fine.

The game used to be fun back in the day. Now you just hit 'join queue' and wait for the popup.

if the only thing you enjoy doing is dungeons, it should be better than ever! you have a way to get to them quick!

I always wanted to snag Frostmourne too.

yes more accesibel than every beore altho the levelling journy isnt as rich or in depth

This last expansion was considered one of the best ever and they really seem to be focusing in and addressing issues that people had with the game for years.

But at the end of the day, it's more-or-less the same skeleton.

played from like the end of burning crusades thru cataclysm. stopped when mists of pandaria came out. enjoyed it when I did play it tho. lost like an entire summer to that game back in high school lol

I love XIV, And feel it is better than XIV in many areas. But one area that XIV doesn't even come close in is the environments. The open exploration of WoW feels so much better than XIV separated zones, and artistically, they are much more interesting to go through. Wandering through new zones was always my favorite part of a new WoW expansion.
