I don't follow any of the royal family stuff, but how are you not seeing the missing sleeve? It's definitely noticeable after seeing the zoomed in version in post #10. It looks like someone used a magic erase tool and accidentally removed part of the sleeve. It's not just folded over. Where the right side of her wrist should be, there's just empty space.

Just watched some guy on TV explain that they have been re-touching Royal photographs since Queen Victoria (too wrinkly), and that they swapped Prince Edward's head in his official wedding pics because he didn't look happy enough.

There have even been worse photoshop fuckups in pictures of this family.

That wasn't withdrawn by the news agencies.

It's only an issue right now because people are suspicious that Kate is a lot more seriously ill than they are letting on, so they reckon the photograph is doctored to make her appear well.

The most obvious and boring explanation would be that they took a few photos and spliced the best shot of each kid because they wouldn't keep still.

This is obviously what's going on here.

If this is a conspiracy, no-one can explain what exactly the conspiracy is. That she's actually dead?

Could it be that the photo was taken on a new Pixel or iPhone that allows you to choose the best picture by making a composite? It's probably less exciting than most people are making out.

People say the image has been touched up or photoshopped
Kate admits today that she did use a bit of image editing on the picture.

From what I can tell, it's not a story really. They probably used a tool that allowed them to get a composite image from a selection of about 5 images (like maybe one of the children blinked in one photo and in another they weren't looking at the camera). It is a bit of a royal blunder though and they may as well release the unedited photo.
