In the first movie they sometimes showed inside other people than the main girl. And all they showed was the same basic emotions that the girl has. If everyone gets new emotions when they hit puberty, the adults in the first movie should have had those

So how was the movie? I think it looks good.

Also Id love to know how you were able to see it so early when its not due out for a couple of months.

It's possible they're only a puberty thing and they all just leave/die when you become an adult. Or they're just going to pretend that the scenes in the adult's minds never happened.

It's possible that it only shows the emotions that Riley can understand

If it's about puberty, I'm assuming the story will be that the new emotion, Horny, is a rampaging beast trashing the entire body and mind and they have to defeat it.

They're not part of the "front of the mind" or something I'm guessing. They're currently in the front of the mind for Riley due to puberty but they're probably in another department or something like all the other non-main character emotions in the first movie.

While we are looking way too much into this movie since we are way past the demo, it still irks me. For what its worth noting that the emotions presented as newsuch as embarrassment, envy, and anxiety are already familiar to children. These arent new concepts. Moreover, portraying anxiety as a reason to abandon friends seems like an inaccurate representation of this complex emotion. She does have a new emotion and it call being a jerk.

I would've done the original movie the opposite way. I would've made the core memory islands the council members inside your head. Have more flexibility since different people would have councils of different sizes and you could put anything on the council. Obsessive would be when you let one idea take over the whole process. Defining you with 5 emotions is incomplete but trying to create a complete list of emotions would be overwhelming with too many characters.

The happiness emotion felt sadness and other emotions so that means she has them in her head too. It's a movie for profit so it doesn't need to make perfect sense just be entertaining.
