How have you avoided jail so far if you "can't help but slap" sometimes?

by staying in my room pretty much non-stop for like 40 years...

I once saw a group of boys that had surrounded and were molesting a girl in a K-6 schoolyard outside my apartment (this was over a decade ago) and tried to smash their heads in with a snow shovel. Turns out that a snow shovel is not very easy to swing so I didn't actually manage to hit any of them, which was probably for the best.
So yes, I am capable of violence depending on the circumstances. Doesn't mean I'm especially good at it, just that I'm willing to do it if I feel it's needed.

Naw not really. I haven't been in any fights since I was a teenager. I've been on the verge of a couple bar fights in my time but luckily it never got that far

Nah i've calmed down a lot over the years used to be I wouldn't hesitate to swing on you but now a days I just leave the area if it's reaching that point.

I'm short tempered, and I'll yell and scream a lot when I'm really pissed. I'm not violent though.

I tend not to be.... though I believe violence solves a lot of problems.

I can only think of one instance in my life where I've done any sort of violence, and that was when I was like 5. I punched our front door my older sister was holding closed (I thought I was going to be stuck outside forever or something) and slightly cracked some glass on it. I actually don't know what it feels like to punch someone and I'm in my thirties! I sort of wish I was more violent when situations called for it, if anything

My emotions are, however, often perceived as hateful or violent when I'm sad or depressed

I have an aptitude for it, but try to avoid it where I can (at least outside of sport).

Yeah I only have ever fought family or friends outside a inmate once.

And in two instances with the friends I was happy with the end results. Ended one friendship and the other it strengthened the friendship.

I am a deeply aroused by and fascinated with violence, but I haven't had much cause to enact it myself. Certainly not to the point of considering myself violent.

I'm sure I'd be capable of it if the scenario called for it, but I've spent most of my life getting away from the lower classes that have more of a tendency to commit and require it.

I find it odd I'm not violent. Most fights I've been in I did swing first but as said almost all my fights have been with friends or my brother. The one fight I can think of that wasn't I didn't swing first but I did reach out and grab the guy. He was obliterated high and I was trying to put him in cuffs. So that was more me just trying to do my job

I have a background in martial arts, but if you hit some random person in the head, you could kill them. It's a really bad idea all around. You don't know what kind of medical issues they have.

If you have to, hit them in the gut, a good punch there will end things very quickly. If you know how to put your weight behind it and you're decently strong they'll crumple like paper no matter how big they are. Pretty safe, too.
