I honestly cant pick just 1. There are a dozen+ that are some of my favorite games of all time. All I can say is they are overwhelmingly mostly 20+ years old at this point. The 90s were loaded with many of my favorites.

JRPG refers to turn based RPGs and don't even have to be made in Japan, just inspired by the classics, like Sea of Stars

JRPG is a style based on the country where it was created. It is not dependent on where it's created. If you bake French Bread in Japan, it's still French Bread.
