The playerbase took a massive nose dive, but it still sold incredibly well. This is just WB games doing their typical sales on select games. In this case, it's to celebrate Batman anniversary so any game with Batman in it is getting massive discounts.

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition was in the WB 100 Play the Legends Bundle last year along with the Arkham games, Gotham Knights, Mortal Kombat 10 and 11 and the two Middle Earth games. It was only $15 for everything and it was even in the $10 bundle too that had almost everything.

That's a shame. I guess that means there aren't any bonus chapters/scenes where they interact with the rest of the cast in some way. I've become spoiled with games giving DLC characters their own questlines.

They weren't in the storyline, just fun DLC characters. At minimum their arcade endings are just "Yadda yadda we got pulled into this dimension. We helped the good guys fight Brainiac, yadda yadda.

fyi for anyone considering buying the Legendary Edition these folks are still locked as hidden premier skins even though they're portrayed as unique characters with their own designs and VAs. So you still have to pay for those in shards at 5K each.

Honestly, Injustice 2 probably has one of the best cast of characters...if only the actual game was fun to play. I played it online a year ago and it was stil the same bullshit "laser beam" show that it was since day 1.

Gameplay was awesome, I loved trolling people with Deadshot, especially before they nerfed the recovery of his zoning.

Really? It's in my library, which means it's been in humble bundles.

Not a bad game but couldn't suffer the grind to unlock cosmetics. And certainly won't pay for them. Scummy shit.
