Still on my human two-handed Templar.

Just finished up the main quests in the Hissing Wastes. God damn that zone is big and empty. Managed to snag all of the mosaic pieces though.

Should I start doing the Oculara and collecting all the shards in the other zones, or move on to doing Emprise du Lion or Emerald Graves?

Or should I do the Descent DLC and unlock even higher tier endgame equipment?

Or do I do the Main Story and unlock the Arbor Wilds?

Romanced Cullen, made friends with pretty much everyone.

Feel free to move back and forth to the different areas. I tried doing everything in an area before moving on and started burning out. Once I wasn't afraid to come back later, the game got a lot more enjoyable.

And once you have the ability to start the War Table stuff, feel free to mess with your system clock to complete them. I felt no guilt doing that, because screw waiting 20 real life hours to see if I succeeded or not.

Is this game even worth playing in today's age? Why not just play Origins again?

same here. i have several QoL mods.

i actually didn't mind wandering around the Hinterlands for hours on end (except the dragon area, i did that later) because i don't value my time or my sanity.

I've only ever beaten it once and felt like playing through again. I already beat origins and 2 recently, so figured i'd do inquisition.

also Origins is buggy as hell on PC, even with modfixes and stuff. Mana Clash crashed the game literally every time i used it.

Dont try todo everything for each area, you ll hate the game.

I did unlock Emprise du Lion, but you might be right.

I did remember it being cool. I do remember some of the enemies being absolute dicks tho

Some are, but the setting is so cool that it makes up for it.

Hinterlands is easily the biggest zone, that's normal. You don't have to 100% complete a zone before moving on to a different one.

yeah i bounced around a lot between storm coast and the hinterlands at first.

now all i have left to do in them is the shards gathering.

I reccomend that for repeat playthroughs

Just not your first one

Also it took me waaay too long before I realized that different advisors offer different results >_>

I made so many bad choices on my first playthrough by just picking whoever was free. I think I was at Skyhold before I realized

i haven't played this much. been lost in the BG3 sauce

I just bought inquisition on pc. I forgot to check though but can I use a controller for this one? Hated using the kbm for da2. Didn't mind it for 1 though.

That's like every zone in the game lol. I still liked Inquisition overall, but all those big, empty maps makes it difficult to go back to it.

i didn't have that issue with most of the other maps. I still haven't unlocked Emerald Graves or the Hidden Oasis yet tho.

I think the zones that i like the least are the Hissing Wastes and the Storm Coast.

Great game I've been playing on and off for months now and I have almost a 100 hours played and haven't finished my first playthrough.

I actually love the dragon age universe probably the only series I've read every codex entry for.
