The older you are, the more likely you are to be set in your ways. If they're 30+, that's basically putting them a relics of a bygone era. Only way to keep yourself feeling young is to keep challenging yourself and your views to make sure you're not settling into complacency.

Yeah but you must consider yourself an exception. CE isn't the best metric for judging just how conservative many older people are. It really just boils down to not being comfortable with change. I'm in my 20s and I'm not comfortable with change either. Can't imagine how stubborn I'll be at 30.
