For a long ass time been getting fuckin animals in the ceiling and maintenence isn't doing enough.

Setting Glue traps or snap traps up there and forgetting ain't shit when I've had this reoccur many times.

-Direct comprehensive evaluation by pros. F
-Intensive extermination effort.
-Then take a extremely close look at the roof and ventilation, seal any damage/ holes, and setup 1 way exits/blocks

Also fuck conservation laws. If there are bats eject them from the ceiling regardless of seasonal protections. Fuck the law(they haven't even identified the current animal but we had a bat get IN the unit proper in fall 2022)

I have something that It's a device that emits different sounds that we can barely here but it irritates pests, problem is I don't have power in my attic so I can't set it up.

I'd look into something like this if you have power up there

This is an apartment it is not my job to spend to fix this, I don't have access to the ceiling nor do I trust this shit.

Bro telling maintenece "buy this Ultrasonic speaker on amazon" has got to be the worst solution I've ever heard.

It doesn't even address the core issue of shit getting in in the first place. If its so reoccurent they need to repair and alter the infastructure of the ceiling to make external animal access much harder
