But had a co worker who just went in work uniform and told them he just got off work and he didn't believe he'd be of sound enough mind to do it cause he was too tired. I got out of my last summons by answering the questions as if I wanted on the jury. For example... The last time I got a summons was for a tobacco lawsuit. I answered the questions as if I hated smokers. The next letter I got told me thanks no thanks. I actually served in a jury before that. Rape trial.
