Moderation and knowing your limits are key and staying away from certain ones entirely. Not that I recommend drugs, but if one is going to do them, they need to know those things.

What pain did I bring upon myself for using psilocybin? You can buy that stuff in stores here, if its so bad youd think the government would have banned it. Also I notice the effects for a long time, wouldnt call it short term.

Alcohol is one of the worst drugs on earth and is responsible for more pain and misery, than nearly anything else. Cafffeine is pretty benign though.
