Video game board doesn't want to talk about video games

It's ok. Survival/crafting games really aren't my thing, but I played co op with a buddy. It's nothing groundbreaking IMO.

I played it early on, but stopped before the expansion dropped. It was also before they nerfed the chaos magic: especially that one spell with two charges that did a lot of damage against the brain dead AI.

It was an interesting game. Kind of a shame that weapon special attacks were gated behind higher tiers of gear. Made it boring in the early game.

Idk what this is but that second screenshot is fun looking. I love colorful shit.

It's a survival crafting game with combat that has you aiming shots/skills like a moba. Beat bosses, earn new spells, get higher tiers of equipment to unlock special weapon attacks, that sort of thing.

ya this. I did the endgame stuff but it was kinda meh. Drinking blood and harvesting victims was a cool feature though.

game itself is pretty solid, core mechanics are smooth and the base building is top notch. If you like base building play this for that alone tbh, final castle was so nice.

I am interested and the reviews speak for themselves but I prefer to play complete games. Thats why I am holding out on games like this and Valheim and Sons of the Forest.

Those will probably never be "complete" and Valheim is a finished product in any case, anything they add is gravey

I was interested in it when it came out, but I bounced off of it. Just didn't grab me like I thought it might

That's probably true in Valheim's case but I waited until the original The Forest was completely released and I had loads of fun from that.

nah can't stand crafting in games

ive had it wishlisted, but honestly ill probably never have time to play it. Just too many good games now days

I bought it but didnt play it yet. I think it wanted me to create a server, so I CBF at the time and alt-f4ed
ive been meaning to give it a real try but havent yet

Just another survival game with overcomplicated crafting systems and a bunch of base building/management.

I feel like the genre's been pretty played out at this point. I played this for a couple of days with my friends when it first came out, and...it was okay. Fine for what it is, but I didn't get into it.
