you absolutely could not post something like blackmanass in the early 00's. that wasn't allowed until the rules were relaxed in the 10's and it was banned a couple years later because it was being constantly spammed.

5 years ago it was much more lenient. You didnt see nearly as many people get suspended. That seems like the default punishment now.

the harsher punishments are deserved. a lot of the trolls have been doing the same gimmick for over a decade. look at vegy. he was caught sexually harassing users and none of his accounts ever got proper punishment until recently. even now his main is still active.
