I've never been a fan of the topics, even back when they were still confined to generals. CE obsesses way too much over another user's level when it really shouldn't be their concern. It's a great series of topics to feed trolls and people starved for attention, which CE loves to do.

I dunno man. Without getting into specifics or naming names, I recently got modded into warned status for telling people maybe don't initiate physical assaults or go out with the intent to unalive people - even if they are part of a vile hate group.

I don't know if the people literally calling for violence and murder got modded as well, but I was pretty shocked. That's all I got to say about it.

User gets sus'd or purg'd or whatever.
Topic gets made on CE.
User can't see that topic on that account because CE has a karma requirement.
Topic typically dies within a day or two, then a few days after that the topic is deleted because of how this board works.
User comes back from time out.

The cases where a user comes back and even has their own topic able to be seen has to be the vast minority of cases. Most of the time they won't even know a topic was made about them or not unless someone mentions it later on after the topic's already gone.

if you get suspended anything on your IP getting suspended too is pretty normal

KOS is instant ban for any account known to be the offender

KOS means if you make a new account it gets banned even if that account has no rule violations on record. (If it gets caught)
