I do not

The GOP being fascists doesn't mean I like Biden. He's just better than the alternative.

You're right. That and withdrawing from Afghanistan are two of the biggest accomplishments of Biden's administration, and he deserves more credit for this aspect of his foreign policy.

It's great that the war ended and is an accomplishment. But let's not forgot how it was handled. The quick withdrawal, left many of the Afghani citizens to rot under Taliban rule and never looked back. It's was really a slap in the face to those allied with the US from there. I am happy that there were plenty of Americans that did host refugees when they fled the country (includes the area I leave at too).

I'll also won't forget to mention that Trump did make leaving that area extremely difficult. By releasing 5000 Taliban soldiers/leaders prior to ending the war and how that was all transferred to the Biden Administration without much support.

I don't know anyone who voted for Biden because they liked him. Maybe they're out there, but everyone I know voted for him because he wasn't the guy trying to make himself a God King for life.

Pretty low bar, but that's American politics for you. Lesser of two evils, pick the least bad and in the end it doesn't really matter anyways, because if you're not a billionaire capital owner, you lose no matter what.

there's a long since deleted Tweet where Trump bragged about how he set the Afghanistan withdrawal in motion and there was nothing Biden could do to stop it.

Yah, maybe no president could have ended that well but Afganstan ending as bad as when we got there made the whole thing become a bitter disaster.

he's been a good president and I have liked him way more as the chief executive than I certainly thought I would, you can tell his experience as Obama's VP and being in the senate for seven million years means he has a much better pulse on using the power of the branch effectively.

Ive warmed up to him as his term goes on which is hard to say about any other president. Candidate Joe Biden was not exciting in the least and had some cringeworthy moments. Hes since transformed into President Joe Brandon and exceeded expectations in putting out the dumpster fire Trump left him with and moving America forward past the pandemic despite dragging the Rs kicking and screaming every step of the way.

Pretty much. With the House of representatives and Supreme Court controlled by his opposition, Biden doing that much is a feat. Do you remember when he almost cleared the college debt of billions of Americans until the GoP tossed a wrench in those plans?

US population is like 300 million. Or I'm guessing you mean billion dollars.

But let's also not forget that his administration has cancelled 116 billion dollars of student loans for over 3 million Americans. Many are those who had loans from private scammy schools.

They've been doing good work outside of the 10-20k cancellation promise.

Considering how bad I thought he was gonna be, I'm surprised at how well he's doing, especially given how hostile Congress is to him. I'd much prefer a left wing candidate, but I'd be much less hesitant to vote for him, at least if I actually could vote for him.

He was a better choice than Trump, but thats not saying much. Im not happy with the way things are going right now. I wont blame it all on any one president and I wont blame it all on one administration, but Im very displeased with the current state of things from all angles. It seems like the best Biden is giving us is half measures and I really dont think that we have seen enough progress or stability from him.

Im definitely not voting republican, but my desired outcome is to have a stronger and much younger democratic candidate to replace Biden and Harris. Someone who is in touch with the modern issues and someone who actually understands what people like ourselves are struggling with and wants to fix it. We need someone to drive down the cost of living not only drastically but instantly. We need someone to put a stop to these forever-wars and someone who will focus on 21st century policy. Do stuff in the tech industry to bolster cyber security and put a stop to call lists. Come down extremely harshly on advertisements and regulate the pricing for streaming services. These are not things that an 80+ year old leader is going to do for us.

Not being funny, but the President doesn't actually have the ability to fix most of those issues. With the (possible) exception of the wars, the rest of those would need Congress to pull their fingers out and give Biden some bills to sign.
