What feels like it defines the game and its themes more is the Yunalesca scene, I think. Everyone gets their own lines about it, and it reinforces the themes they're going for in a blunt way. The truth of the Pilgrimage and the pre-Zanarkand, "This is my story," are also pretty iconic but don't encapsulate the game as much. Yuna goes from being a woman 100% on board with making the ultimate sacrifice to spare the world a few years of suffering to choosing to overthrow thousands of years of stagnation rather than let even one of her friends die with her. That whole segment between Home and 'Sudeki da ne' was the peak of the game for me; maybe not the best individual moment (I think I'd have to go with the ending on that one), but everything from Home being raided > the reveal of Yuna's ultimate fate > escaping in the airship > the battle with Evrae > 'The Red Carpet' > escaping Bevelle > Sudeki da ne is my favorite stretch of the game.
