I just passed a certification exam three weeks ago and Ive just been sort of coasting since then. like, Im still having meetings but I havent had any motivation to work on my projects or knock out some to do list items Ive had for a while. all I want to do is just binge anime, which feels kind of sad

all the articles say to engage in workshops or read a book and none of it really comes off as helpful. I just have no motivation for anything

Are you allowed to focus in on any other shops or departments? Maybe get attached to someone else's project, see something new.

I work in HR. I dunno, I have actually quite a lot of different projects but its a little overwhelming because theyre just small things Im overseeing for several different functions. I like my job and the people, but Im kinda spread thin now

Oh, I get you. I'm I'm a similar boat. So I just chose one project to be my primary concern and let the others fall off where they can. Helps a little.

I usually take a week of PTO whenever I get that way.

Sometimes I go somewhere, sometimes I just chill at home and catch up on shows, books, games, etc that I've been backlogging forever. Or get some home improvement/repairs done.

go to your manager. especially in HR, they should be open to people asking for help.
