So this story came out, where he claimed to be 14 and gave a fake name when they found him with cuts and bruises outside a church and blood in his hair. His mom said he was missing this whole time and kidnapped, however, neighbors and relatives are now saying Rudy was not missing and has been living with his mom in NW Houston this whole time.

I found it odd that the mother was like "we found him but he is non-verbal right now and can't speak" like they haven't really shared many details but the fact that he seemingly can't talk seemed bizarre
