My friend is a collector as well.
Anything that costs any amount of money is too expensive.
I know you have good intentions.
When I was like 12 years old I thought this stuff was pretty cool.

I'd suggest going outside and getting some fresh air and exercise but lack of energy or even motivation to do that puts a stop to that.

Get some damn exercise. No it doesn't sound fun, and no it's not easy, but nothing worth doing is supposed to be. If it was, everyone would be fit and rich, and it wouldn't mean anything. scientifically proven that it's easier to force that wheel to turn if you focus on manually kickstarting the wheel on the physical side.

Or you could just buy some plastic and try to fill that void like Homeboy suggested. Probably going to leave you feeling pretty empty in the end though.

I'm not very good at taking my own advice but I find what helps a little is think about something you find hard to do but do the easiest step to start. Like if you are lonely don't fall into the trap of thinking how can I possibly make friends, instead just find a small way to talk to a stranger. If you are in bad physical shape don't think about how hard it is to get fit, just take some small walks, etc. Eventually those things become part of the routine though and you gotta step it up. I think the routine aspect of life is what keeps a lot of us depressed
