My girl intending to purchase a weed vape pen bought a nicotine one by mistake, she wanted to try it I said hell no

i have to drive 30 minutes to get more juice so i can just revel in caving if it happens and hopefully turn around.

nic fits don't usually last 30 minutes

congratulations! i think it helps being somewhere where you don't have as many triggers or associations with vaping.

tried this before and well, it didn't stick.

that's not to say it isn't a good strategy. when it came time i wasn't as miserable so it lowered my misery levels for sure.

This worked for me, I remained off it for 3 years and picked it up again due to stress, not due to nicotine cravings.

I will note I did the last part very slowly. I went 3 - 1.5 - 1 - 0.5 - 0. When I got to 0, within a week I just stopped feeling like I wanted to vape.

i'll do that, it will probably sting a bit more if i cave.

so instead of having to spend $20 for 60ml i'll have to spend $45 if i cave.

i could spend that $45 on other stuff that i actually enjoy instead.

i feel an emptiness under my eyes, it's like my brain is just floating around in my skull

i guess that's better than having headaches and chills.

i'm not sure what time i stopped yesterday, just going to call it 6pm for simplicity.

Ended up going to sleep for another 1 1/2 (what is time) hours and this sensation subsided. Feeling pretty normal now.

Definitely vape, this site doesn't have the dopamine hits other social media does.

Go to the dollar store and see if they have those old fashioned peppermint sticks, they come in a little baggie, they are the hard ones that break up pretty easy when you bite on them, they are about the size of a fat cigarette and the menthol can help with the need to inhale vapor. It helped me at least when I quit smoking.

you can do this. i was a vape fiend and i quit cold turkey nov 1, 2021. it's definitely hard (i went through periods of restless sleep and twitching) but it can be done, and you'll be so happy you did! :)

hey i appreciate that input. honestly i expect some more twitching and skin crawling by the time this is over but for the time being it's going pretty smooth.

i haven't told my immediate family yet because i don't want them to ask me about it every five (in calls, texts etc) minutes.
