Every Thursday me and my brother visit for dinner with her and she sprung on us after we got there she was dealing with 'allergies'. Though she took a covid test and it was negative so she said it was fine for us to come over.

Welp today I woke up with a dry/sore throat and my brother and his wife have even more cold symthoms.

I have a Coheed concert on Sunday. I better not be sick then

Thanks. I'm hoping it doesn't get much worse than what I'm feeling now, but I'm more stressed thinking about the concert. This tour I waited since before the pandemic. lol

That was a run from Jan 2020 until April 2023 without getting sick. I'll take it.

Damn, that sucks. I also got sick for the first time this year. Was cold free from Jan 2020 to Mar 2023. Hopefully yours doesn't last that long. Whatever was going around in March wasn't Covid, but it had symptoms that lingered for an extra week.

Sounds like a regular old URI you'll probably be fine by Sunday. Get a cough suppressant.

This was my first time getting covid. I was doing so well too. My run is over as well. I didn't really have any symptoms tho. I took the test twice and both came out positive, so I am sure I have it.

The only symptom I had was a runny nose that lasted a day and a light cough that happens every now and then.

Get some elderberry in you, that's what the old folks around here say all the time. I think pharmacies have medication with it in it now, supposed to be good for the immune system.

Can confirm. My mom is part of the baby boomer generation and she swears by elderberry.

Yeah this is nothing so far. It's a mildly annoying amount of congestion and a 2 out of 10 sore throat.

Thankfully haven't had much coughing (yet). I do have some medicine if need be but I avoid taking cold medicine unless I'm trying to sleep or feel REAL bad.
