I got so hyped watching the Haikyu anime. The games in motion were a lot more memorable to me than the manga. Not spamming superpowers also worked in its favour. (Superpowers aren't always a bad thing eg Prince of Tennis/Eyeshield 22). Not sure yet how I'd rank the big 3 anime matchups. Seijoh, Shiratorizawa, Inarizaki. But I'm tentatively putting Haikyuu 3rd for favourite sports anime. (Manga would be different) --- Congrats to Eli Ayase's #1 fan BK_Sheikah00 on winning the BYIG Guru Contest. ... I watched Haikyuu a couple months ago after my friend told me I should watch it. Knew it always did well in this and was considered one of the best sports anime out there and it did not disappoint! If Fate/Zero wasn't somehow still in this I'd have backed Haikyuu as my 2nd priority most likely. ... Copied to Clipboard!
