im on dsl not dial-up it just slow for me i've experienced faster internet when i lived in okinawa. iirc the speeds ranged from 60 mbps up to around 120 mbps it depended on the time of day. this was back in 2012/2013. it was real nice because i was able to download a bunch of stuff in a reasonable amount of time. atm it can take me more than a month to download some of the newer games that are 100+ gb (steam) if i leave my computer running the entire time. part of the reason why i am playing older titles. a 3 gb title only takes me around 25 hours to download it kinda depends --- I'm a Taurus.
