Loved 3 and enjoyed 4 but didn't finish it

Definitely worth free. Probably the best of the modern Farcrys. Although that's a low bar.

There are some fun upsides, but annoyances with the plot and stealth in general kinda derailed a lot of my fun. If you just want to do crazy stuff and shoot bad guys, though, it can scratch that itch. I wish it'd been a bit more like FC4, though, in some regards.

Note that FC5 does have a pretty robust level editor, though. I remember spending hours making a "travel to point B from point A" maze that was pretty damn sweet. I think it was called "Exit Strategy" on PS4. You can probably find all kinds of cool stuff there, from "kill X enemies without being seen" to other variants.

It was a decent game, but the plot really suffered from how "open" they tried to make it. Hope you enjoy it regardless

I was somewhat enjoying it, but then it saved in a spot where a truck blew up and I died so now everytime it reloads I die automatically.

I deleted it, it's honestly wasn't worth the effort to replay everything again.

Far Cry 5 is way better than Far Cry 6.

6 is better in most every way aside from some bizarre design choices. I thought 5 was good at first then as I played more and more I started tiring of it mightily.

I thought it was fun but the whole plot & premise is silly the instant you get a flying vehicle >_>

I'd say I liked it more than 3 but a little less than 4. there's less bullshit to collect but I liked the crafting more in 4

I played on hard and all the driving missions were pretty difficult. took at least a few retries each
