I agree, and that was a massive oversight on their part tbh. But guess they weren't really aware of the mental illnesses old people sometimes have.

Nor that democracy would degrade as far as it did to keep electing them. So I cant really blame them that hard.

I've long been a fan of age limits both young and old. If you can't run for office until your 35, then you shouldn't be allowed in office if your lets say... 75. If your already in office at that time, you can finish up your term. Same goes with driving and I know thats going to piss people off. By age 80 you should need yearly exams, and by age 90 the government should provide you a service that you can call on to get them to pick you up for appointments or to go shopping.
