I havent been suspended countless times and, again, when I have been suspended it isnt the result of posting some offensive political views or anything of the sort. Is this where youre going to pretend you havent also been suspended in the past?

What am I lying about? I was not suspended for that post. Feel free to disagree that dehumanizing people is inherently bad regardless of the target, but stop making up things that didnt happen.

My guy we can all read the threads posted and we've seen your posting history, this lying thing you're doing isn't gonna work, except maybe on yourself.

She could have a lawyer who tells her yes/no but I doubt she has a PR person for her personal life. Any PR people for the movies/books/games must be so stressed though

She has fuck you money. She doesnt give a shit. She could not earn another penny and shed still have enough money to do whatever she wants until she dies. So she decided she wants to spend that money persecuting trans people. Which is a shame really because she could do a lot of good.

When you realise shes just a common working class uneducated person who got lucky it puts things into perspective.

She was also in an abusive relationship as well for many years which is where I think a lot of her misplaced hate is coming from.

I think shes just stupid and ignorant and has no one round her with the balls enough to tell her to stop. She lives in an echo chamber and no longer lives in the real world.

I wasnt offering it up as an excuse. Nothing excuses her radical views. Especially with her funding some particularity nasty anti trans groups.

It was more so to add context behind her views.

IIRC her whole stick started with suggesting m2f trans shouldnt be allowed in female bathrooms due to the risks of assault.

Ignorant as this take may be, this in itself seems to be predicated on her own experiences.

Ever since then I feel like everything has just be doubling down on that original viewpoint. She got butthurt she got some abuse for those views and seems to have decided being anti-trans would be her passion project ever since because she couldnt cope with the criticism at the time and rather than admit she made a mistake goes deer and deeper down the rabbit hole.

Just a classic case of a narcissist who cant admit she was wrong and has no one round her to reel her in.

first, "trans women", please. the "to" terminology is decades out of date at this point, and trans is an adjective, not a noun.

this started when she tried to defend Maya Forstater, whose employment contract was not renewed (read: she was not fired. she was just not offered a new contract), because she was harassing her coworker, who happened to be trans, for being trans. there was no "safety" or "sanctity" position, not even one of the incredibly flimsy and transparent ones they usually feign.

it was bigotry defending bigotry, for the sake of bigotry, and it always has been.

I mean hell, it really started like a decade ago when she started liking some anti trans posts and then had a representative say she was just being a clumsy silly old lady. Then she did it again a few weeks later and never stopped heading down this track from there.

It was just a thought, I'd imagine a lot of women who go to shelters do so immediately after fleeing domestic violence so requiring ID probably isn't a thing I'm guessing, bad actors could in theory get in there. Obviously not a reason to turn away trans women though, if you think that's what I'm getting at, it'd probably never happen as it's an unlikely length for a man to go to just to abuse women
