  1. It is a bizarre thing for a national news outlet to publish an article about. Literally just a kid cutting their own hair, something that happens all the time.
  2. It happened in August 2020, over 2 years ago. So why are they publishing it in April 2023???

It's not. My mom watches broadcast world news every night and I always make fun of her because they stick random human-interest stories at the very end after all the commercials. It's not actually a real issue at all though because human-interest stories have existed as long as the news has, it's just for laughs. You have to understand that if a girl or woman cuts her hair short then it's not ladylike!!! This 5 year old girl is LITERALLY MUTILATING HERSELF
She doesn't hold up to the far right ideas of what girls and women should be/do
She'll never land a husband or pump out ten kids and be a stay at home mom while her alt right husband talks about how she's a bad wife cause he hates her and was tricked into marrying her
