2022 was a great year for me income-wise. Started a new job last summer that paid 25% more than the one I left, then 5 months later my new department upgraded my position title that warranted an additional 0.5% wage increase. On top of that, the EVP of the health system announced a 4% raise around Christmas time for all associates. Take that inflation. --- When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. - Confucius ... Copied to Clipboard!

9%. My company started providing compa-ratios to everyone in the name of pay transparency (probably state mandated, cant imagine they would have done it voluntarily), which likely helped. Without the 9%, I would have been below 80% of the midpoint of the range. Which was well below where the company wants all roles, and not a great thing to show to someone whos been there for over 8 years. So yay to pay transparency laws. --- https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/1531-food-delivery-services-general ... Copied to Clipboard!

Got a 22% raise in like Octoberish, but that does only constitute a 29% improvement over what I was making in late 2019, nearly 3 1/2 years ago.
