So far today on Twitter I have seen several prominent right wing accounts all tweet out the same basic thing, that there is no real proof the Ukraine war is going on ("How come we don't get embedded news reports like we did in the Iraq war?") and that the whole thing is fake.

Of course there is probably more footage of this war than any in history, so points like this are totally ridiculous. But it always seem odd when multiple accounts start screaming the exact same talking point on the exact same day.

And it's always funny hearing "That money should be used for Americans" when conservatives are all about letting people struggle and our infrastructure crumble. They're so full of shit. Being so is almost like a tenet of modern American far right conservatism along with being awful human beings.

They will do anything and ignore anything to create an alternate reality where they are they have access to hidden knowledge and their enemies (especially those that could call their bs like the media and international institutions) are so treacherous they don't deserve rights.

I feel like this is one of the biggest problems with the republican party today.

*Looks all over their various echochambers and the like without being able to find something that they can immediately attribute to the war*

Obviously the war is fake! Those videos online with people fighting for their lives are just military exercises! Why aren't both sides wearing different bright, colorful, team outfits so I can understand who is who and what is really going on here damnit?

This country really needs to fix the problem it had with Republicans and their alternative fucking universe. Send them to Ukraine for a week and see how well they do.
