I very much liked Civil War when it released but there were a lot of complaints about it at the time. Now its a perfect movie with no faults whatsoever (hyperbole) whenever people talk about how bad Phase 4 was. And thats one of the best movies in Phase 3. Ill admit phase 4 has issues but Id take any of those movies over the worst of Phase 1/2.
