i went there for the first time in like a year cuz i finally signed up for the app and i just wanted to get my freebie reward. so i got a 5-layer burrito, and it was wimpy as fuck and tasted terrible. there was almost nothing in it, it was basically all tortilla. i got a Mexican pizza for my dad too and it looked just as bad. almost nothing in it. not like how i remember it looking.

everything is going to shit these days. every consumer product is being made with lower quality ingredients or materials, and less of them, while charging you more for it. this is fucking ridiculous.

their chicken quesadilla was probably my favorite menu item there at one point. i'm wary of getting it now though because i know it probably will pale in comparison to what it used to be, like everything else, and i want to keep my idealized memory of it intact.

Not really, no. "Late-stage capitalism" is just like "crony capitalism" in that it's a person's way to do a "it's not *real* capitalism" while ignoring everything but the most simplistic view of things. Literally nothing that is done in good faith starts out bad, but that does not change that some things will always spoil. And without upkeep capitalism will.

That is what happens after you eat it.

this was me with the Chicken Cantina Burrito. you could fit like half a dozen of the shitty little burrito i got last night in that thing, it was a fucking monster.

they cannot make crispy tacos either, shell is always soggy or broken by the time i drive 5 minutes back to work to eat it

ironically i chose the burrito because i figured it would be the most substantial option between it, a soft taco, or a Doritos Locos crunchy taco

I have not been back since they rebooted the entire menu

Usually people I think order multiple things. No one item from taco bell is enough unless your a small child maybe. At least for me. I used to get 2 or 3 items

I'm sorry, but if your food has sodium warning that's a no from me dog.

I used to get Pizza Hut from Taco Bell, but they seem to have unmerged. :(

Taco Smell er I mean Bell has always been shit.

I will never forget our holidays in the US and my dad would want a Taco Bell and my sister and I would groan loudly and hope that there was a MickeyD's or Burger King in the same complex so we could eat from there as we found Taco Bell revolting.

My go to is usually the cheesy gordita crunch.

If im trying to be cheap and stretch my dollar, i usually order one of their cheaper tacos or burritos and add ground beef.

huh, i didn't know this was a thing. there was never any Pizza Hut and Taco Bell merged locations in my area that i can remember.

i used to get Green Burrito stuff from Carl's Jr all the time though. they had good chicken taquitos and guac.

Taco Hell

the one near me is awesome lately. love the nacho fries and the dorito tacos. gotta try more of their menu. their soft drinks are always excellent like mcdonald's.

The boys and I used to eat like kings for $12 though. 3 of us would throw down on the party pack.

Technically all the Taco Bell I've eaten over a lifetime is shit these days.
