I don't really find this funny and I do not understand what they are getting at. It just seems like it's people being mad at the world changing. "Cucks pool?" what does that even mean lol. If its the Oscars meme with Chris Rock and Will Smith it celebrates violence and is arguing that Will Smith was in the right for smacking Chris Rock? Now I know I'm thinking about it way harder than the person who actually made it did.

Frosk seems like a nice lady and I am confident she will land on her feet. I think what she said needed to have been said but could have been said in a more eloquent way without ruffling as many feathers as she did.

On a public forum that's not called Twitter or Twitch? By putting your thoughts together in an organized fashion and addressing them with a bit of tact, otherwise you just give them more fodder because they quit paying attention to what you're saying, and pay attention to how you're saying it.

It happened on TV, so... But I mean this is how things on the Internet are argued lol. I think what I said was easy enough to understand, but if it wasn't then I apologize. She made her point on TV, so it should've been handled differently. If she were on Twitch or Twitter, it would've been on the money. Instead it hit awkwardly and cheapened her point is what I mean, giving the people she was arguing against fodder to fuel their point.

Twitch and Twitter are just cesspools of vitriol anyway, so hate and anger are the only thing that get noticed there, so it is the place to do anger filled rants, getting upset about the norm is pointless on those places.

If your implication is that because she said these comments on TV so that meant it didn't reach the intended demographic then I'm gonna have to disagree with you since her comments are all anyone ever talks about when they're discussing G4.

And when she was making those comments on TV wasn't that a round table discussion between multiple hosts being asked what it was like coming back to G4? If so then it seems rather prudent to bring that up at that moment since it was related to the discussion.

Your last paragraph regarding Twitch and Twitter are rather odd too. So not only do you think the right way for her to make these comments would be in a fashion where the people saying them would never see them but you think that if she did go that route it should be buried in a sea of noise and be noticed by nobody at all either. Sounds an awful lot like you think she should just put up with the gross comments. Why should she be forced to withstand those comments more than the people making them should mind their manners? She doesn't exist to put up with abuse, which is why she made those comments in the first place.

Explaining in the simplest way possible now: she hit her targets, but until it spread online she has little positive backing to her argument. The audience she preached to was likely age 30+ gamers who, regardless of what she said, as soon as she showed anger/passion about her cause, disregarded what she had to say as "lol angry woman"

Basically the concept of, you handle yourself differently in different situations. Like how you can tell your best to go fuck themselves as a joke, but you'll probably get in to a fight doing it to someone you just met.

I think... you're misunderstanding me, at the very least you're assuming something odd... I'm on Frosk's side for the argument. When I say "positive backing" I meant supporters(for her) but instead tried to prove the point to deaf ears, but on Twitch it's still going to mostly be people who are going to stir shit for the sake of it.

Didn't like her much, But, the level of hate she got was absurd. Any woman that is even slightly "woke": will be endlessly harassed. People here defend it too. There's never a good time to rant about sexism to them. She should have just kept her mouth shut and opened up like a good woman.
