In most cases it was only the victims burnt with little to no damage to the furniture around them. Most of them had appendages left, such as only their feet. They had a video trying to recreate a scenario using a pig carcass, but were unable to burn just the carcass without burning the surrounding area. Thats all I can remember, but this was many moons ago. Convince the world that people can just catch on fire randomly, then you can kill people by igniting them and no one will question it.
