To those who don't know the plot of FNAF this would be like if someone took the "So Long Gay Bowser" from Super Mario 64 and managed use it to connect the Super Mario Super Show, The 90s Mario movie and Super Mario Odyssey in a way that not only made sense but made all the plots better. Where they tried to make one overarching story and it didn't turn out great... It's actually a chore to get through those books... Even the comic versions of them they released this year are kind of boring still... Then there was the Fazbear Frights series where they went a more Goosebumps route and wrote a bunch of short stories and put 3 in each book... To be fair , the hidden lore and mysteries aren't necessary to follow the plot You can have no idea who Cassidy is or what the bite of 87 vs 83 is and still understand whats happening in each game. Except maybe FNAF world.
