I liked it but I have bias. I'm into men and find him more attractive. Idk guess it comes down to the hairstyle. Original dante looks good for the mostvpart. But don't care for his hair. I have no attachment to the franchise, actually enjoyed the game, and even I'll say they were right. He's so deliberately fourteen-year-old boy's flavor of edgy. the problem with the redesign is not the appearance, but the attitude. Dante and "Donte" are both edgy and rebellious, but "Donte" is antagonistic towards Dante fans, as evidenced with the wig scene. it's kinda ironic tho, since the devil trigger did make his hair white so he's halfway there. --- You have the right to remain silent. They were right because it was a reboot that nobody in the fanbase asked for. Plus the initial look for him was even worse with the meth head look so that set a bad course immediately. The devs being antagonistic about it didn't make things any better. Of course the death threats it devolved into took it too far. --- I'm far from high end, I just know what suits me. ... DmC didn't deserve all the hate it got, considering that it ended up being a somewhat decent action game, but it was an entirely unnecessary redesign aimed at the western market that the west didn't even want. It was an unnecessary and unpopular redesign with gameplay that ended up being okay. I think criticism of the redesign is totally justified, and though the initial backlash had people disowning the game entirely, I think time has been somewhat kinder to DmC as a whole package and people recognise it as an imperfect product, but a decent enough game to play. --- Rest your head - you've got two pillows to choose from in a queen-sized bed Now Playing: Paladins, Minecraft, Danganronpa ...
