He also produced a letter from her and says it's the exact same handwriting. Ray J says their deal was that each would receive $400,000 plus 12.5% of the profits. Those figures are reflected in Hirsch's email to Kim and Ray J.

It was bullshit from the start. Look up 2257 laws on producing and selling porn. The company that sold the video would have to keep strict records on age verification on everyone in the tape. Without that it can't be released and if I recall there was talk of going after companies that didn't comply and charging them with selling child porn even if it was clearly an adult on film.

So the Kardashian story of it was stolen and having no choice but to sell the rights was bullshit. If she wouldn't sign off nothing can be done with it legally to profit off of it. This was a major porn producer, not some shit being run out of a basement.
