A fifth film in the Gods Not Dead franchise is officially a go at Pure Flix and Pinnacle Peak Pictures. Gods Not Dead is slated to release in 2023, almost a decade after the first film premiered and two years after the most recent chapter debuted. The newest installment in the popular Christian drama series will once again take place in the world of politics. According to the official description, the plot kicks off when a favored incumbent suddenly suspends his candidacy for Congress, an embittered but brilliant campaign strategist is lured out of retirement and convinces Reverend Dave Hill to run for office. The race pits them both against formidable opponents from their past, each with plans to inexorably remove religions influence on public policy. Set against a backdrop of unprecedented political, civil and spiritual unrest, Dave struggles to answer an increasingly relevant question of our time: Is God dead in American politics?

Funny enough, I actually thought the third film had a decent message. It was about knowing when to pick your fights. It was about a pastor that wanted a church on an University grounds. He was so adamant about the church being there that it ended up causing more harm then good with things like protests getting violent and someone actually dying. He eventually "prayed" about it and realize that having a church on school grounds wasn't a fight that was worth it so instead will open a church that is not too far from the school.

Basically lol

Don't get me wrong, the movie was still horrid. It still painted the atheists as evil and violent while the Christians as innocent. I just think it had a decent message, which angered a lot of Christians funny enough lol.

The professor was visibly shaken, and dropped his chalk and copy of Origin of the Species. He stormed out of the room crying those liberal crocodile tears. The same tears liberals cry for the poor (who today live in such luxury that most own refrigerators) when they jealously try to claw justly earned wealth from the deserving job creators. There is no doubt that at this point our professor wished he had pulled himself up by his bootstraps and become more than a sophist liberal professor. He wished so much that he had a gun to shoot himself from embarrassment, but he himself had petitioned against them!
The students applauded and all registered Republican that day and accepted Jesus as their lord and savior. An eagle named Small Government flew into the room and perched atop the American Flag and shed a tear on the chalk.
